Goal: To teach construction business how they can save money and reduce risk by drafting and negotiating smarter contracts.
By the conclusion of the day, each participant will receive written systems, including checklists and:
A contract general contractors can use with subs
An addendum subs can use to soften contracts with general contractors, and
A contract to use with the owner of the project
As a bonus, Mr. Daffern will schedule an additional hour with each participant at his/her office to look at and customize his/her specific system. He has even generously offered to answer general questions by phone for event attendees as they arise.
Each registered company can bring up to two people to the workshop for one admission price. (Register only one person, but please let us know if you are bringing two.) The seminar will last approximately 3 hours. Lunch will be provided.
